Store did not unlock

I have completed the game and was never able to collect any "Matter" to use at the store. Bug or did I miss something? I am using "the patch".

I too wonder how to collect matter so I could buy spy cameras and clothing. Hope someone will come up with a guide real soon, as so many things are not clear how to go about them. The access cards are another thing. Got level 2, don't know how to get level 3...

To get level 3 unlock the next couple stages and you will find it.
