Launcher doesn't work

So I just bought the game, every time i try to launch it nothing happens, just comes up with the stuidos logo and says loading. reinstalled it twice and nothing works help plz

do you have the file /Documents/My Games/ICBM-Escalation/Fatal.txt ?
What is written there?

If there is no such file, then the game is blocked by some anivirus/windows protection.

I've looked at the files. I don't have that file. How do i go about fixing this issue?

I don't know your exact settings, but you should check if the game files are allowed in antivirus (or it is switched off), you start with administrator permissions, etc.

As I said the problem is with Windows or antivirus blocks the game from starting, I don't know how it is blocked specifically :(
