Buildings, radars, and Ballistic missile sites healing
What makes them heal? What effects their rates of healing as well. Earlier my buddy and i were playing and i was at will destroying his army bases, radars, etc., with basic ballistic missiles. However, his did not hurt mine apparently. Mine healed faster than he could do damage to them

All units and bases will heal in their owner's territory and any assimilated conquered regions, they will also heal if in the resupply range of a FOB, Army base or resupply ship.

Chances are your ballistic missiles had the upgrades to make them more accurate, or you were firing MRBMs instead of SRBMs.

Thanks for responding, i tried another game and this time i had the problem. My missiles shooting either MRBM or SRBM after 30 minutes couldnt hit a an army base with satellite vision and radar vision. I pretty much research everything practical in the ballistic missile section and in radar.

After 30 minutes of actual play time at 2x and 3x speed. 5 missile launchers using both missile types could not damage the army base. I really dont know what we are missing, even while trying to problem solve it, it only seems to me like sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt-- it is beyond my understanding
Army bases are really tough, better to use other weapons than conventional ballistics against them e.g. chemical weapons. Even the worst grade of chemical weapon will do more damage against the highest level CRBN protected bases than conventional ballistic missiles will and they do so reliably.
Ok, good to know. IT is odd though I have one shot an army base with conventional ballistics . I am learning as I go
