What will you report the game for? "False advertising"? They don't advertise on the store page that it's multiplayer, nor did they ever advertise multiplayer. Just because they don't add a feature that you want and they don't consider feasible to put in is not grounds to report the game.

No, they can't, actually, because the engine would have to be fully rebuilt from the ground up to make it possible. They said this like half a year ago. It's just not feasible to add multiplayer to the game due to engine issues.
