Peeper Carrying Enzyme 42 Found Before Entering Lost River
Today I went to the sea treaders path to go find some shale outcroppings for lithium when I turned around and I saw a glowing peeper. I thought it looked like it was supposed to be in the Sea Emperor's aquarium, but I haven't even progressed to the lost river yet so how was this possible?! Is the enzyme extremely rare and still found on the surface of the world or is it just a bug?

The Sea Emperor's aquarium is connected to the outside world with a pipe network and entry/exit points to that network which you can actually find in the outside world. The Peepers use the pipe network to enter the aquarium, pick up the enzyme, and then return to the outside world to spread the enzyme around. It's basically the reason for there still being a flora and fauna.
