Start reliable in VR with motion controls (Subversed Mod)

Hi,

I have to start a bit technical so that you know my configurations:

I use the VR mod from Okabintaro SubmersedVR and start the game with SteamVR.
My VR headset is a Quest 2.
Start parameters for Subnautica are: -vrmode openvr

Within VR It is breathtaking ;)

Now my problem:
I can't reliably launch the game in VR and with motion controls.
It's either:
*Flatscreen in VR without motion control (you control the cursor with your head)
*VR but without motion control (you control the cursor with your head)
*VR with motion control as intended

Sometimes it takes me many tries to get it right. Does anyone have any tips for me?

I am using Quest 3 and connecting to PC with Air Link and I have found launching by clicking on the Subnautica icon in the Meta Air Link menu screen works reliably. If I launch SteamVR first then Subnautica its gets all frigged up.
