Need to turn off VR in Epic

i got subnautica for free in epic games but every time i boot it up i see a black screen! and i knew what's wrong it was running on VR! i tried turning off the game but i can't! I need somebody to help me PLZ HELP MEH!!!

Click on Settings on the left side bar in the Epic Launcher. Scroll to the very bottom and you should find the section called "Manage Games", where Subnautica should be listed as an expandable option. Under Subnautica, check "Additional Command Line Arguments" and in the box that comes up enter "-vrmode none" (without the quotes).
