Resetting key bindings and "joystick mapping" to default
I recently played a bit with the key bindings, to try to accomodate them to using a controller, but now I'd like to return to the default settings... Is there any way to do this? Or can anyone post a link to the default settings?

Also, the fact that I have changed the bindings seems to be interfering with other games when using the controller? Is that possible?

Did you ever find an answer to this? I'd like to know how to reset the bindings too.

Hey, well no one answered (obviously) so the only way really is to change all the key bidings yourself, or delete then reinstall the game...

I found this post a while back which could help you out:
"The 'experimental' beta branch has much better controller compatability, which would explain the differences between the downloaded and the purchased one, regardless, i managed to get the controller working in combination with an application called 'Controller Companion' that i bought from Steam, which is much better than XPadder, since it allows me to control Windows, and even assign the Big Button to whatever combination of keyboard binding i need(repeatable and unrepeatable), i have the controls mapped to the following:

A: mapped to keyboard 'space' (Ascend); see note 1
B: mapped to keyboard 'c' (Decend)
X: assigned in-game as secondary for (Use)
Y: _unassigned_

lb/L1: mapped to mouse left-click
rb/R1: mapped to mouse right-click

Start: assigned in-game as secondary for (Pause/Menu)
Back: assigned in-game as secondary for (PDA)

left analog stick: mapped to keyboard 'WSAD keys';
right analog stick: mimics mouse/cursor movement

d-pad: assigned in-game as secondary for selection slots 1-4

note 1: Jump has also been assigned 'space', but as secondary, for it can serve both Ascend/Jump, since we can't be swimming and over water at the same time.

this configuration served me alot, i don't need mouse/KB after clocking 17 hours on this configuration, but regardless, there are still potential in that LT/RT triggers are assigned to ctrl/shift(i think) to allow for fire1/2, but i never used them, along with the left/right stick thumb buttons and Y."
