Lost River and Inactive Lava Zone loading as Kelp Forest
I've been playing Subnautica for around 30 hours without any actual problem. I once reached the Lava Zone entry next to the Ghost Leviathan eggs tree nest, with my Seamoth, which couldn't go down any further so I went in exploring with my seaglide, but a power problem made my computer turn off unexpectedly. However, the ILZ worked perfectly then, it had this orange illumination, lava was lava-colored, there were lava-themed fish...

However, I managed to get myself a PRAWN suit to explore further down and try to get the material from the ILZ that I need for the PRAWN suit's Depth Module Mk2 so I can finally reach the Alien Base that's at 1.4km according to the corresponding Data Download, and on my way to the tree entrance, I got lost, and I reached an area which is supposed to be Lost River still, and be covered in this green lighting and "water". However, there was neither. It simply didn't load anything else than the rocks and caves. I managed to find a hole that goes down to the ILZ, and same happens with it, no orange lighting, lava looks green in the distance, no fish... I tried opening the console, and I noticed that in both places, the biome appeared as "Kelp Forest", which would explain the pitch black lighting and lack of fish and other stuff. I tried clicking on the "Rebuild all chunks" button at the console, but I couldn't manage to get my cursor with F8 as other people said at other places... Thing is, there's only 2 things I can think of: It's a game's error and I should reinstall the game, which wouldn't be a problem, or... The save file is corrupted or has some sort of error that loads Kelp Forest in these zones of Lost River and ILZ, which obviously wouldn't make me laugh at all... I spent 20 hours in that world, and managed to scan almost everything that was at my reach so far, and get almost everything I could, there's no way I can lose it all again and start again.

Here's the video I took of this all: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uKAC6hBbJI

Wow. Never seen anything like this before.
Thanks for posting the video.
Do you use mods? Or have you been messing around with the console?
That really is weird....

Neither. I never completed Subnautica so I naturally wanted to complete it in vanilla before getting into mods. And I haven't touched the console. I can't even enable it, cuz F8 doesn't give me a cursor anyways... I thought about using the "Rebuild all chunks" console button, but, alas, it's kinda impossible without a cursor xD

Maybe try to turn off the computer.
Windos has not turned off, for some time just does something like hibernation.
There is an option to turn off, but I do not have how to check the name.
It's definitely not "turn off the computer" the name is some other, confusing.

If this does not help, you can restart the map.
You won't lose progress, but you'll lose the map state (e.g., collected items will reappear).
Game save path:
...\steamapps\common\Subnautica\SNAppData\SavedGames
example game save name:
slot0001
you must probably delete (of course in your path):
...\steamapps\common\Subnautica\SNAppData\SavedGames\slot0001\CellsCache
when deletion does not work
I suggest you create a new game save, and replace everything except this folder.
If it didn't work, a good description of how to do it was in about the last 30 days on the forum.

Oh, trust me, I'm more than positive that my Windows has turned off... Sometimes I wish it didn't turn on anymore, actually.

Alright, I will try that.

@DoomMaGeddon: If you do not believe it, install another bootloader. You will be surprised how the windos will not be able to turn off, instead of going out, will display an error.
Anyway, they once talked about it on Linus Tech tips.

When it's not this video, look for a fast boot, on some more serious sites.

edit:
I will say more, when you turn off your power supply with the button on the back, it continues to give current, for this reason.
One turn off windos, and turn it back on, without running any program, can change 17,000 files on the disk.

Another thing that might be relevant: your system info.
Go to Steam >> Help >> System Info.
And post the entire list here that Steam detects for you.
We might be able to find the issue.

As you reinstalled Windows twice, it is either you have a broken computer or something you are doing wrong.

As KippenKaasBaas wants from you the result of some action is not about three components.

And why do you even ask for help, if you have not provided information about your computer. And what is said to you, you ignore.

Yeah there's a little bit more to it than that.
Just post the list Steam detects for you. This tells me nothing.

Excuse me...? I didn't do what they said yet cuz I wanted to know if they wanted it despite it being in spanish anyways. I tried what you said, it didn't solve that but it did solve other bugs like a couple items clipped through the ground. I believe that it might be a problem caused by the map's generation in the save file? As in, it was "built" incorrectly and saved that way? Idk. Anyways, I also watched the video you linked, but I'm not geek enough to understand how does this affect this, but I will perform a "full shutdown" or whatever it's called after this reply.

I don't know if you realize that.
But no one here is paying us to help you. And doing it is unpleasant.

You're being rude. If you're gonna keep doing that, please refrain from being rude and just stop wasting my time.

Probably this is a misunderstanding. I understand you poorly, you understand me poorly.
Maybe if english were a native language for at least one of us, it would be simpler.
Such communication requires a lot of goodwill on both sides.
