Thermal Activity achievement not working

Hi,
first sorry for my bad english :)
I have all achievements except this one. I scanned and picked up the blue tablet, downloaded the two data terminals, scanned the robots and the generator and the portal is active. Did i missed something or is this a bug?

I think it's a bug. I am trying to get this achievement too. I someone say somewhere that if you go underneath the thermal plant you can get it but I'm not sure if that's right or not

It isn't the facility itself, it checks if you're in the biome ILZCastleChamber, which is outside the facility. You stay there 10 seconds and that's it.

Ah right. I got the achievement eventually but it triggered when I was at the incubation station for the Sea Emperor's eggs
