Jitter/stutter when moving with xbox one controller?

as title says, just installed this on a new fresh high-end system and the game runs at over 140fps but when panning the camera around with an xbox one controller the screen stutters/jitters, but not when doing the same with the mouse.

8700K 4.8ghz
gtx1080 ftw
16gb ddr 4 (3k)
M2 nand SSD's.. lighting fast.

tried all manner of removing drivers,v-sync on/off settings changes etc but nothing seems to remedy it.

Only happens in this game, cant figure out whey.. anyone have a similar experience?

Seems to have remedied itself after a system boot and turning off and back on the windows game mode facilities..

win10 is a pain!
