If you mean scanning with the Scanner Room, yes?
All items verified...Sigh. There is simply no way out i guess. Ill just look up the coordinates of Lifepod 2 and that Degassi Habitat and the others, and work my way to the end game without any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ story line. This is just lame...

When i scan myself now however i don't get any message. Does that mean something, maybe?
Yes, it has everything to do with you doing a thing.... or rather not doing a thing. Investigate the area around the last 2-3 lifepods... the one in the blood kelp zone in particular.. you might find an interesting cave that you should explore.
Just explore around and you'll eventually find places you haven't been to *cough* lost river *cough*. Once the messages stop, Subnautica puts you to the test of finding what they haven't told you exists.
Subnautica is a survival/horror/exploration game, and it has to, at some point, let you do some exploring yourself.
I'd check out the Blood Kelp Zone (either one is fine) and do some digging there...
Im done with the Floating Island, Space Gun, Island next to it and the Aurora. Im not gonna explore anymore on those places. I seriously spent hours upon hours there.
But i will however check the Blood Kelp Zone again, i only went there once, and that was quite short comparing to the other places i went to.
The Lost River i never even went to, to be honest. But i do know about it though. Didn't go there in the first place because i was waiting for the story to progress towards it so i would kinda know what it's all about and stuff. That is at least more interesting if you as me then just go by yourself.
@Tonari
With the Seamoth Mk. 1 Depth Upgrade i've only went to like 350m to 450m deep. I know i can get down to 500m and even deeper, and i only did that twice, if i'm not mistaken. Which place do you think i need to explore further, other than the Blood Kelp Zone or even the Lost River?
@Branchminer1
I found the PDA's (2 of them) on the bases which are located on the mountains. And i found another 2 in the base which is on the ground, in between those 2 bases on the mountains. So a total of four thus far. And lastly i found the Aurora Rendezvous PDA, which makes 5. And i found the Alien Teleport Arch as well, but there was no PDA. Is there even a 6th PDA lying around, supposibly?
The Lost River and Blook Kelp Zones are 2 zones that i didn't look thouroughly through though, so i'll take a look there as well. Especially the Blood Kelp Zone, because i probably missed something there according to most comments here?
