can't deconstruct foundation. the lifepod is in the way

My foundation is pulling my lifepod down to one side. i cant even get up my lifepod and its spazzming how do i fix. i cant deconstruct my foundation too as the lifepod is in the way

I know im 2 years late but this just happened to me and I was pretty sad cause I thought I was going to have to restart but I started using the moblie vehicle bay to try and push it out and it took a little while but I finally got it you have to try and wedge yourself in between the lifepod and the platform and then deploy the vehicle bay and most of the time the vehicle bay will be flung a little ways but dont be alarmed it didnt despawn. Just try to put it in different spots around the lifepod and eventually you should get it.
