Habitat Builder bug? (SOLVED)

I cannot use the Habitat builder. Whenever I open the menu, I can see all of the things to build.

One problem though, whenever I click on something.. the menu closes. The battery is 100% and I have all of the required materials.

Anyone know a fix?

EDIT: RESETTING KEYBINDS TO DEFAULT FIXED IT FOR ME. Having the "Left hand / Use" keybind changed seems to be the problem.

Have you went out into the world and scan fragments for blueprints or collected blueprints from databoxes?

You dont need them for foundations and the such. Experiencing the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug. What a way to release the game "complete". More bug-ridden and unplayable at this point than its ever been before. Cant play the game if I cant make bases

Customizing your left mouse key and the left/right hand action breaks the keyboard configuration for Habutat builder, Prawn and some other things.. I know, its annyoing. Just stick with the default assignment for now.

It's not a keybind thing I don't think. My keybinds are not overlapping.

Yep. I'm trying to build the Moonpool to upgrade my stuff. Kinda hard to fend for myself without it cause I can't ugprade.

I have the same problem. Built one damn building and saved the game. Now when I reload the building is gone, everything in it is now floating in the air, and my builder won't build anything. 2 hours of gameplay and making ONE DAMN BUILDING renders the game unplayable? What the hell was all that beta testing for if ♥♥♥♥ like this is STILL a problem?

I've not changed anything, I'm using the basic default settings.

I have the same problem! I cannot click on anything in the menu, including the tabs at the top. Everything worked properly before the launch update. I have tried changing keybindings, re-installing, and starting a new game. Nothing works. Everything else in the game clicks just fine.

Sane. Can't get anything built in a saved game or a new game. I click anywhere with the builder in hand, and it takes me to the generalscreen. Another click on anything makes the screen vanish and no building options.

Alright guys, try switching the key bindings in the options menu.

There is no keybind for the Habitat builder, unless I'm blind.

Same here, extremely frustrated. No fix for this? A few google searches indicates this bug is in the game since a new patch in january and with no apparent solution from anybody.
