{Solved} Can't Place Modification Station

I had a really hard time building a window (owing to why there are not more windows), because I couldn't get it to place correctly. I fiddled with it and got one down and decided not to mess with it anymore.

Every spot where it seems it can be placed shows up red, like this, and I am unable to place it despite having the appropriate resources/ect. I have tried every angle I can think of to try to build it, or to remove the window so I can deconstruct the moon pool and try again. Nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I found remnants of a window I didn't remember trying to place. Took it out and we're all good now.

[Fix]

This happens when there is unfinished construction in this room.
You propably started building a window but the blue glow does not show up (this is a bug I guess).
I recommend checking all window locations from the outside with the builder tool.
Rather hover over the window edges or corners, the centers dont work very well.
