can't interact with the enviroment and menu

I'm going to first list the short verions of my bugs and what happend:

- scanner and fish glitched in one hand
- menu got stuck and was not responding to anything
- could only move forward and backward
- once at lifepod, started rising above the water and eventually above the lifepod
- saw airbubbles jumping out of the water in straight lines
- glitched back into the lifpod but can only move forward, backwards and jump
- can only close the game if i open task manager and force close it

Now if you want to read the long version then here you go.

So I started a new game since the new Ghost update came up. I Had already played for over 30 minutes. Next day I start up the second time and then stuff really got weird.
I spawned in the water where I saved and began swimming towards my lifepod. First thing I realised was that I was holding my scanner and a fish in the same hand. Since this is not a normal thing I wanted to add this in a feedback for the devs. Pressed F8 but nothing happend so I pressed "ESC" to open the menu which it did but that was the only thing it did. All the buttons did not react. I couldn't close the menu either. The only thing I could do was swim forward and swim backwards. This made it possible to swim through my menu to my lifepod (because I was gonna die of hunger and no oxigen I wanted to get to my safe place of course.) Once I arrived I started glitching and levitating above the surface and even a bit above the lifepod. After I while of rising I could see the ocean on the other side of the lifepod. Where I saw what I think are airbubbles jumping up and down in a straight line on different places in the water. 5 minutes later I dropped back into the lifepod with 0 health, hydration and hunger. So I'm not dead and the only thing I can do is walk forward, backword and jump. So I'm just stuck and am forced to close the game though the taskmanager.


If some people have the same problems or even one of them..you are not alone. Also we probably have to wait for a next update to fix this cause I looked around and it seems that there isn't a solution yet.
