Aurora Reactor Room - Repairing leaks does nothing

So as the title says, repaired all leaks, and did not get the message about the radiation going down in "3 days ect."

UPD:
The solution to this is either blow up the ship again by typing "explodeship" in the console and fixing reappeared leaks(Did not work still). Or just disable radiatoin by typing in console "radiation"

Your not alone, I ran into the same problem. Fixleaks command just removes the leaks, but the game doesn't register the repairs are made.

I don't want to use the radiation command, because I have to enable it when I load my game. If I'm not careful, I'll die before I can type the command.

I'm not even getting the messages about sealing the leaks to stop the radiation before 24 hours is up. I was going to go do it despite that fact but it seems they broke more on Experimental in the last few patches.
