I sort of doubt it's actually a bad stick of RAM, but MemTest86 is always worth a try if you suspect one.
That error is generally tied to hardware drivers most of times I've seen it. A quick check that you have the latest BIOS/UEFI, chipset and assorted mobo drivers up to date might be worth a look. Cleaning with DDU in safe mode and reinstalling the GPU driver fresh might also be worth a try.
Without the minidump from the BSOD, I can't really tell you what exactly is causing it because it's a pretty vague error with a lot of possible causes.
