Fallen into void on hardcore game.

Hey the title says it all. I was just jumping around in my prawn suit. I fell into the void. I know this by pressing f1. I am going to die. I paused the game and quit. I rejoined and i am still falling in the void. Please let me know if there is any way i can save my game. I have spent so much time on this hardcore save it would be very depressing if i lost it all over a glitch! Thanks for the help and thanks for reading!

You could try teleporting yourself to for example, safe shallows

Find category "Teleports" in this wikipage, it contains coordinates to every biome in the game

You can also just try reloading your old save

for the future on hardcore if u get in smilar situation, pause game, dont save, alt tab, task manager, kill task subnautica, run back game, reload from your last save, and you dont need to start over, this is considering cheat, but if you dont wanna start over, do this...., or console + warp me, but you lose suit or seamoth that way, or cyclops if you have pressure issuses, but all that is easy rebuildable

No need to alt tab out, just dont save and go to quit to main menu. If you have a grapple arm installed you can eventually make your way back up w/o losing your prawn, if you didnt jump too far from the wall. Just grapple till your thrusters recharge. Side note, this probably should have been posted elsewhere as it is not a bug or crash.

When you quit to main menu in subnautica on hardcore it saves the game for you. You have to end the task. Or just close it. The way i solved this was i opened up the debug menu and gave my self oxygen and teleported out. I did not know that the debug console was available in a hardcore gamemode. How simple!

f8 ->f3 -> disable colsole -> f3 -> f8 -> enter -> type "warp 0 0 0" -> problem solved
you will not keep your prawn, but you will not die.
