Power Cell Charger Fragment
LOCATION
Wrecks:
Dunes
Northwestern Mushroom Forest
Sparse Reef
Underwater Islands
Downside.. I saved my game after I got the blueprint and a leviathan came while I was in the wreck and destroyed my seamoth.
Sigh...
Placement of most resources and fragments is semi-random, within the terrain cell, or the wreck chunk, or the Aurora room, etc, whatever the generalized locale is.
For fragments, the exact spot where they spawn will vary, AND usually the number that spawn within that general locale will vary, between 0 and x. (Different x for different items and locales.)
For example: The next time you play, in that same room of that same wreck, you may find only 1 or 2 PC Charger fragments. Or, sometimes, 0. (That last is certainly true of one of the so-called "reliable" locations for engine fragments.)
So, you can't count on any item that you see in a video being in that exact spot in your playthrough.
Exceptions: PDAs, Tablets, and, I think, Databoxes, are in fixed placement spots.
