how do you open console

how to enable is about half way down the page but basically

hit f3. uncheck disable console in the top left corner. hit f3 again to close that window. Then hit enter and type a command

Open your console.

Hover your mouse on the option you wanna change,
press left mouse button down and hold it down.
Hit escape again.
Then hover back to your option and release the mouse button.

Another way of doing this is having the "Give feedback" option open. That will allow you to use he mouse without it tabbing back to the game.

i have the same problem, f3 is for brightness and does nothing else as far as opening menus in game

It wont let me uncheck it when i release the mouse button it just sends my mouse to the center of the screen
