I can't find jeweled disk piece :(

Look for the disc shaped algae attached to rocks and things in the safe shallows. Hit them with your knife to get jeweled disk pieces.

If nothings happening beside a sound playing when hitting them with knife restart the game. Sometimes they bug somehow

as above mentioned, you will find them on the sides of "pillar" type structures and sides of "cliffs", they are red and you can find green, other colors idk yet.

purple or red disks will break you collect them then use 2 at a time per cpu chip.

don't drop them in life pod, they will sink it
don't store them, they will disappear on reloading game.
as above if you can't cut them, save game and reload as they do bug out alot.

not to be confused with the green ones, which are something else. You use the green with salt to make bleach. Which you use to make water.

There are green ones.. hmm.. but they aren't the coral green ones.. coral is for water making.
