How can I change the language?
The language is germany currently...I wanna set it to english...How ?

I got the same problem, I missclicked on german (I am German btw) but I want the Game in english so I can understand the different names from the items

Can't you just change it back to English in the in-game options in the main menu?

For everyone that still has that problem (because this is on the first page of google when searching)
You go to the Subnautica folder, than to "SNUnmanagedData" where you find the "LanguageFile" folder. Let's say you want to change from German to English. You delete the German.json file and rename the English.json file to German.json. Start the game and it will think it's opening the German languagepack but surprise! It isn't.
I tested it for the Early Access Feb-2017 version. After full release we'll probably get a ingame language changing feature.
