Ampeel has ridiculous HP, so my money would be on them.

Ampeel could be considered a borderline leviathan. Doesn't deal *that* much damage, but they have 3000 health. By comparison, a Reaper or Sea Dragon will have 5000 and Sea Treaders 3000. A crabsnake meanwhile has 300, which is in line with other mid-sized predators which usually have 200-300.

How much damage does the knife do? Killing stalkers with a knife is quite a grind.

Basic knife is 20, thermoblade is 40. Stalkers have 300 health, so it takes a good 15 swings with your starter knife. ...Or two to three good bonks from a Seamoth.
