You can feed the Reapers if you hold the fish out in your hands like this. It doesn't "tame" them, but it does prevent the bite that you would have taken otherwise.

A player that takes after my heart! Yes, you can in fact tame Reaper Leviathans. If you'd like, I can explain their aggro patterns.

Bonus:

You can "tame" Ancient Ghost Leviathans as well. The ones that live in the void. Pretty sure you can handle Adult and Juvenile the same way.
