Cave Crawlers SUCK!

They really need to remove cave crawlers on the Aurora they are so disgusting. It doesn't even make sense that they are there either! They should be on Rendovus not The Aurora!

Do me a little Favor. Scan them and check what "bottom Feeder" means. Then you can probably guess why you find them in the Wreck.... and not any Humans.

Tend to agree. They have an unfortunate combination of being way to aggressive, annoyingly chipping away at your HP with random headcrab-style jumps, while player really struggles to deal with them: the dagger really struggles to find their hitbox for some reason.
So that's why i always bring Propulsion Cannon with me - i just grab them and throw them into the ocean until they're all gone. Burns through like 2 batteries, but its worth it.

The medical kit fabricator on the lifepod, and any you make after, don't take up any power and effectively result in infinite medkits over time. Combine those with a knife, and get in there and finish those lousy spidery bastards. Taking a few hits and using up a medkit or two is fine as long as they're all dead afterward.

He means Randevouz Point, i think. That spot on the floating island where the survivors were meant to assemble. There are crawlers all over the islands, but weirdly enough - not in that spot specifically.

CAVE CRAWLERS DON'T LIVE ON 456B! THE AROURA WAS CARRYING THEM BUT THEN THEY CRASHED! Causing all of them to spread along the island! Very unlikely but possible

OH YEAH AND BEFORE YOU SAY THEY CANT BECAUSE THE SHIP EXPLODED THEY MAY BE LIKE COCKROACHES THAT MAKES THEM ABLE TO SURVIVE RADIATION! Also Cave Crawlers don't look like they could've evolved from anything on the planet.

They're also found in the Dunes, so they're clearly native to 4546B.

But I second the post above about using the Propulsion Canon on them. Very satisfying to smash them into walls or punt them into the ocean.

Nice idea, but since the cave crawlers have "cousins" down in the Lost River called blood crawlers, it's clear they're part of the local ecosystem.

You're supposed to kick them with the propulsion cannon. or the repulsion cannon.
You can also hack em but thats a pain. Thermo-blade is superior.
