Tl;dr: You can't destroy it, but you may be able to get it unstuck.

Sorry, you can't destroy it at all. Really, you have two options. 1 Deconstruct your base and hope to hell the Cyclops gets out, then reconstruct it. Then you have the second, far more ridiculous, but more likely to work way: Double tap f3, tap enter, type nodamage then tap enter again. Then go back into your Cyclops, if possible, and spawn in a reaper leviathan, and hope he bashes your Cyclops out your base. I'm not sure his command name, so I'd try "spawn reaper" if not, try the full name, if that doesn't work, try "spawn reaper_leviathan". Don't use the " in the console, they're just to show the command.

First thank you for help, I thinked a lot and then I decided to kick the cyclops away from the base.
How?

First I activated the "nocost", "fastbuild" and "oxygen" commands.
Then I start to build vertical connector and corridor above the cyclops, just to kick it away from the base. In fact building new module near the cyclops push it away, sometime it start to bounce dangerously (I died few times).
Than I deconstruct the pices of the base that I added.

But as soon as the cyclops go out and away from the base something goes wrong, and it continue to fall on one side, like a dead fish.
So I started again to build some corridor and vertical connector, and I discovered that I started to build a neww base. I don't if it is this or not, but as soon as I decontructed all the new base the cyclops start to float normaly.

Hope this can help someone else!!!

ps: by the way ... it was a real fun :pizzaslice: !!!!!!!
I managed to get a seamoth inside my cyclops above the docking place in the upper part of the ship, any ideas hoy to get it out?

console spawn more subs until their collision boxes push each other so hard they go flying out of your base :^)

Ah thanks trazdum! When I made my cyclops I misjudged how big it would be an it fell right on top of my moonpool. I tried ramming it with my seamoth, tried the proplusion cannon, non of it worked. So I tried your trick, I built a few multipurpose rooms where the cyclops was and sure enough it glitched itself unstuck.

I was heading towards a wreck in my seamoth that hadnt rendered until i was already inside it. So my seamoth got stuck your trick with the building a multipurpose room worked. It forced the wreck to despawn and allowed my seamoth to glide out thanks for the tip. Note to devs add a move object command or warp object would really help with those glitches.

There is a way to destroy it; type in "shotgun" into the command console and right click on it a few times. Be careful; this is a last resort. You will not get back any resources and it may damage undesirable things.

I've got the same problem. I somehow managed to spawn a Reefback in the shallows right next to my base. I haven't played the game for more than a year now and it's just stuck there. I can't even interact with it or anything it's just sitting there and screaming for help half emerged from the ocean on a reef. Any idea if you can despawn them?
