Follow the instructions for subscribing to experimental if you want to try out the 32 bit version. But honestly, if you have a 32 bit version of Windows, you are looking at either installing a 64 bit version of Windowns or refunding the game.

MINIMUM:
OS: Windows Vista SP2 or newer, 64-bit
Processor: Intel Haswell 2 cores / 4 threads @ 2.5Ghz or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
32 bits machines are obsolote with their 3.3 GB or RAM limit or so and not enough people use them for the devs to spend times catering to those dinosaurs.
Maybe you should try and read up - Unless your computer is so old it wouldn't run the game in the first place (realistically), you can simply download a 64bit version and re-install.
Free and legally. It's the same license key. (Of course that won't solve your hardware limitations, such as RAM)
You likely won't need a new computer, just a new OS (i.e. 64 bit version of Windows).
Any desktop bought in the last decade is more than likely equipped with a 64-bit CPU.
You could most likely upgrade the computer at no cost. Your 32 bit license also includes the 64 bit version. The only issue would be your CPU, but you stated that you meet the minimum requirements with that. Installing a new OS is a pain though.
The devs already grappled with 32 bit vs. 64 bit. See this post:

There's never going to be a 32 bit version.
Thirty minutes and usually no need to re-install anything - Is that what constitutes a pain these days?
From scratch? I think so.
Reinstalling Win 7 includes reinstalling appropriate 64 bit drivers, and setting up my desktop, coping over all my Document files, Downloads, etc, adjusting shortcuts, reinstalling my Steam games, Reinstalling all the other software I have on the computer, re-organizing the Start menu again, and since I'm on Win 7 that means an hour or so of downloading updates and installing them. Then even after that's done there setting file associations for VLC, Notepad++, setting up my custom hotkeys for FRAPS, copying over Firefox and Opera profiles so I don't lose them.
For Win 7 you cannot upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit; you basically have to reinstall the OS and your programs. I admit I don't know if Win 8 or Win 10 is different and the OP didn't say which OS he or she had, but if it's 32 bit I'd assume it's an older one.
