Create one of the various generators - bio-reactor, nuclear or thermal. Find the fragments and analyze them to get the building blueprint. Thermal and nuclear fragments are in the Grand Reef to the south (nuclear only in the large cavern there). Bio-reactor fragments are in the Koosh Zone to the north. If you base is close somewhat close to the surface, then just use solar panels.

In your builder tool, there is a tab for Power supplies. You start with a solar panel unlocked, which you can put near your base (though its efficiency drops the deeper you place it; put it close to the surface for optimum power).

You can acquire fragments that allow you to research other power supplies with the Fragment Analyzer in some of the biomes that are further away.

It is like what the underwater divers use to attach a line to a rock when going into caves and leaves a long trailing line behind you for finding your way back. Right now, it's not very helpful though. Still needs some tweaking.

They're tiny purple crystals that look like quartz but smaller. You can find them on the mountains over to the south, grand reef and I'm pretty sure in some of those areas with the red grass. Also on the mushroom tree in the mushroom forest.

You can place it only on the walls of a moonpool. The moonpool fragment was around mushroom forest or something. Check the wiki, there's information on most fragments though some of the listed are only accessible through experimental console commands.

i have a seamoth now and made a torpedo, where do i load it ?

You need the torpedo bay upgrade to load it into; the recipe for that requires magnetite before it'll show on the SeaMoth upgrade panel.

Moon Pool fragments are in the Grand Reef, not the mushroom forest.

Side note that's related, you can get to a moon pool fragment without anything but an air bladder. Not easy, but possible, even in survival mode - just did it, yesterday. (You'll have frequent moments where you black out on the way up, if you spend any decent amount of time down there, looking)
