Using the Repulsion Canon inside the Cyclops not only detaches all the lockers, it also causes the Cyclops to blow up. Everything mounted falls right through the walls:

And continues falling through the terrain:

Meanwhile, the wrecked Cyclops seems gravitationally confused and starts floating into the sky.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2902562021
And it will continue to float until it gets to the 8192 boundary:

At the boundary, the Cyclops warps back to the center of the map. However, and I never knew this, the beacons do not. Once the Cyclops warped and disappeared, the beacon just began freefalling. It actually fell so fast that it clipped through the terrain on its way back by about 200 meters.
Oh, I thought that issue was exclusive to the "Cyclops Rocket" bug. XD
Thanks for documenting these things as always Admiral. :)
@Wolfrages
Nice catch.
For something like this, you can change the game type to regular Survival for a while to fix the issue, then switch back to hardcore. Just open the console and use the commands "survival" and "hardcore" respectively. That's a workaround so you're never forced to save HC mode in a terrible situation caused by a bug.
I'll make a ticket.
Anyone know if this happens with the propulsion cannon as well, or just the repulsion cannon?
So I doubt this would happen.
I just checked and see that experimental is still available. :D
Quite the thing it's worked on. I still stick to stable 2.0 for now. ;)
