Is The World Randomly Generated?
I started up a new world and experinced some SERIOUS deja vu. So I just thought I should ask the people who actually know :P

its made by the developers but once you go past a certain area there are randomly generated parts, these are parts that are yet to be build, its mainly just sand formations as a placeholder.

The world is handcrafted. The devs originally experimented with procedural generation, but didn't get the results they wanted. So they went the handcrafted route instead.
