you hold the welder and right click and hold the mouse button then it welds/repairs it.
as you can see you need to be close have battery in the welder and then it will say how much % the seamoth has hold the button and it should get repaired
If the seamoth health is 0% that means it's completely destroyed. It cannot repaired and you have to build another one.
Unless....that's been changed recently. One of the devs said they were going to make the seamoth explode or something at 0% eventually.
Not necessarily. 0% is a rounded floating point value. It's a small issue, but most games that have percentages displayed like this will always round up regardless, but in this game 0.4% and lower rounds down. So it is possible to have 0% health on even yourself and still be alive.
No. I always take a welder with me when I take the Seamoth anywhere. I usually don't repair until I'm back at my base though, unless the Seamoth's health is really low.
