Degasi Habitat in deep grand reef achievement

Currently trying to get all achievements, one of those is to find this degasi base. I went there with my prawn suit, the coords I followed is -680 -515 -941. Yet, when I arrive there, I realize that I've already visited it. But the achievement is not being unlocked.

The achievements are usually tied to picking up a certain PDA message. So, make sure you found them all: There are two separate areas in that base that aren't connected inside, so you have to use both entrances. There is also one PDA outside the base.
