You can find the databox for it in wrecks at the dunes ,sparse reef or bulb zone

I don't know the wreck numbers, but the Reinforced Dive Suit can be found near Lifepod 19. At the edge of the big hole that goes down to the alien vent, there are two small wrecks with fragments scattered around them and inside. It's always somewhere around there.
