Why is my cyclops taking damage?
So far I've found 3 locations where my cyclops gets a huge amount of DMG, but there's nothing near my boat that can deal that DMG.
There is no Leviathan nearby (I killed it earlier), there are no rocks, there are no other swimming big monsters around.
I even seen a film on you-tube when somebody reported the same problem ,even recorded the happening on short film.
Yes I have a vehicle docked. There's a bug that causes docked vehicles to collide with the Cyclops, damaging it

BUT why does this only happen in a specific location?
when I avoid this specific location, somehow I suddenly don't get DMG done to my Cyklops. This is a normal location, not outside the crater, nor due to the depth (178m).

wonder if it's some sort of an invisible collision mesh or something left behind, very odd.

1) Do you have mods installed?
2) How much crap do you have built inside the cyclops and how much of it is modded?

Modded props don't play well with cyclops and experience collision issues including dealing damage to it, making loud clanging sounds and straight up disappearing sometimes.

I was considering it may be Reefback Leviathan glitch / invisible.
but if i do not swim Cyclop, then there is no DMG. so i think it is not it.
and in 2 locations they are not even in BIOM for that location.

1.No mods at all, I play Subnautica without mods, version 2.0 on Steam (PC version).

2.I admit the Cyclops IS heavy loaded with standard ""Wall Locker""s on walls (but not the hangar room).

The hangar room where PRAWN Suit is located is clean of lockers(or anything else).

(but the room above the hangar is full of Wall Locker on all walls and 2 ''Locker'' on the front wall).
again No modded sh.t in-said cyklops, as I play with NO mods.

Lockers definetely could be the cause as well... With cyclops the word of the day is: minimalism.

My personal setup, prior to modding it out, was to build glass lockers in the storage section, against the wall opposing the built-in storage. Like 4 of them. Maybe with couple pixels away from the wall, as to avoid potential collision. Wall lockers have a bad tendency of glitching out from the cyclops if something particularly bad happens (like an unfortunate discharge of repulsion cannon).
Then 2 lockers in the little "private room" separating the bridge and the main deck for toll and supply storage, so that's 6 total... And then just little things like medkit fabricator, etc.

The less you have - the better. Things neighboring the walls are particularly suspect. Try triangulating the source of the noise and deconstructing any potential suspects.
Usually deconstructing particularly tight lockers - it usually stops.

It's gotta be the lockers! I jumped on today and havnt played in years but when i used my repulsor cannon to clear heat leeches off my Cyclops it blew away all my lockers into the depth :steamfacepalm:
