Do hatched predators hunt other fish?
I was making a huge aquarium in creative mode. I had some small fish in it and some stalkers.
I decided to go on a journey to get fish and plants for the aquarium and when i came back the aquarium it was completely filled with other fish. So then i wondered if i could get some predators in there so they could keep the population of all the fish down but i was not sure if hatched predators would hunt other fish.
I am not able to use commands to spawn predators in.

Alien containment fish will breed if you have two of anything. If you only have one of each the population will not increase.

Not necessarily if you take and release it outside of the aquarium, of course. Crabsquids and ampeels are known for being aggressive even to the player once released into the wild.

The selected answer is not correct (at least not in Survival, no idea if it's different in Creative mode). Creatures that you grow in the ACU will become hostile towards other creatures once released into the wild, even against other creatures they were in the ACU with. I find the Bone Sharks and Lava Lizards to be the most aggressive. They'll usually head right for any medium-sized fauna as soon as they are released (let them out near Stalkers or Gasopods and you'll see this).

It's also incorrect that Ampeels attack you. The Ampeels will remain passive, however, you will still receive damage if you make contact with them. Only the Crabsquid is actively hostile towards the player.

OP means will predators still inside the aquarium attack other fish in the aquarium, and they won't. The rest of us are just warning him that taking them outside of the aquarium will produce different results.

I released a Crashfish and heard it explode a few minutes later
