Red plague mod not working

So basically I got the new red plauge mod, nothing from the mod loaded or at least of what I saw other than the new floating island in the sky, I got all the needed plugins for the mod and I am using vortex mod manager, please help :(

I think its better to ask that on the sites where you loaded the mod
