Subnautica on PlayStation?

I know that this game is already on Xbox One, so it is possible to port to console, but I think it would be great to put on Playstation 4 and Vita, as well. I say Playstation 4 only because it is next gen console just like Xbox One, just the other half of the market, and PS Vita because I would love to be able to play this while not at home. I am aware of course that it may not be as simple as just wanting to make a game for Sony and putting it up for sale, but if it is possible, this would be a great addition.

I don't believe that this game is on Xbox One. And I don't think they are planning on making this a console game since they couldn't run the same performance as a computer does.

They are planning (or working on?) an Xbox One port. On their roadmap, they include the possibility of a PS4 port if the Xbox One port is successful:
