*edit i meant they as in devs cuz idk who is a dev or not but it seems like a very doable task
You and I will get along I think. This is a tremendous idea.
There is. Type "speed 0" to freeze the game. "speed 1" for normal speed.
You'll need to enable the console to do some stuff. Do the following...
1) In-game press F3 to get dev gfx menu
2) Press F8 (to bring up dev feedback and get a mouse cursor you can click stuff in F3 menu)
3) Unckeck "disable console" in F3 menu (very top item)
4) Esc to go back to game (get rid of F8 dev feedback)
5) F3 to get rid of dev gfx menu
With console enabled, you can now do the following...
1) tilde key "~" to open console
2) "speed 0" (no quotes) ... this will freeze time
3) tilde key "~" again
4) "freecam" (no quotes)
Freecam mode will let you move the cam around, but it defaults to using WASD keys (so even if you remapped movement keys to something else, you'll need to use WASD. Left-shift lets you "run" in freecam mode.) You can now fly around and take pictures of frozen setting.
Do "freecam" again to return to "dive" mode.
Do "speed 1" to return to normal time
type
speed 0
then open again
type
freecam
f12 (i think) for screenshots
