Each panel can only keep 25 of power,so you can't restore entire cyclops power capacity (600 ) with one solar panel. It will restore only its own capacity(25 energy) and will increase the maximum capacity of power in your cyclops. With one solar panel you will get 625 power in cyclops.
And if you run out of powercell energy in the cyclops, he will start to use the power from the solar panels.
You will never run out of power in the day, if you have 3 or more mounted solar panels.
Its a neat feature , at least for now until we won't get a rechargeable batteries/powercells. I don't want this game to turn into the battery-grind fest, though.
Its quite heavy, solar panels are very light. I managed to put over 10 and cyclops driving was still very stable and smooth.
But 4-6 solar panels is imo enough.
In that time I will jsut use solar panels.
look for the coordinates with F1 if you want to know
Thanks! found it
