Does the Terraformer still work in creative mode?

Hi, my Cyclops is stuck near my base on this rock. I've tried getting it out using everything I could think of. I was getting so frustrated that I actually quit the game several months ago but I really miss it and want to continue with the story. I heard that the terraformer could help dig under it therefore making it free to go. I gave myself one and it looks as if it is working (animations and everything did what I thought they were supposed to do) but nothing happens. I did the "shift drag + left click" (and out of desperation right click as well) but all it does is show these huge red and green bubbles that are connected but they do nothing. Does anyone have any help for me? Either a noclip command or maybe I'm using the terraformer wrong.

Get the Terraforming mod to enable it again.
