Some kind of debug screen on start up

I have some kind of debug screen on the top right corner of my monitor and I can't figure out how to get it to go away!
I can move my cursor over to it and when I hover the cursor it looks like its active, but I can't click on any of the tabs or interact with it.
Just to be clear, it NOT the one you get when you hit F3 or F8.
It's on screen on startup of the game.
How do I get rid of this thing?
