Where is the Seamoth?
I notice in several earlier LPs of the game on Youtube, like Paulsoaresjr's LP here (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEbtIY4p_ltpnaFM9pFmJWTZ7Ye-EiD5j), that there is a small submarine called the "Seamoth" that you can craft when you are on the floating vessel-crafting station but I seem to be unable to craft it and yet I see these white boxes everywhere saying "Seamoth fragment" or something like that. Am I supposed to do something with these? And how do I craft the Seamoth? All I can craft right now is that giant Cyclops thing and it requires a ton of materials I can probably only collect with a submarine.

Also, I would like to report a bug and will probably do that in-game with the game's bug-reporting feature but I will bring it up here, too. When I die from hunger or thirst and I am inside the escape pod, I seem to restart on the bottom of the seafloor and I can walk and jump on said seafloor rather than swimming through the water. I am aware that there are Creative and Freedom gameplay modes as well as Survival mode...am I switching to Freedom or Creative mode whenever I die in Survival mode inside my escape pod?

Oh, and I encountered another possible bug today: Sometimes - and particularly when you save your game while looking at the Aurora vessel or standing right next to it - the Aurora doesn't load. I've read that something is supposed to happen to the Aurora eventually so I thout that was what happened with my saved game today but I saved my game a little while afterward atop the escape pod and the Aurora came back... I am not sure whether this is an actual bug or the game just takes a while to load everything so I don't know whether or not I should report it.

You have to scan the Seamoth fragments with the handheld Scanner built from the Fabricator unit that scattered around the safe shallows and kelp forest. Some are in the norther bloodgrass zone as well, to the left of the Aurora. Once you have the blueprint, then you make the Mobile Vehicle Bay from the Fabricator, which will make the sub, as well as the Cyclops (once you scan its fragments for a blueprint).

The bug about walking on the seafloor is a known issue and one that will eventually get fixed. It's very random. Try the "warpme" command in the console next time it happens. You should reappear inside the lifepod.

Always save your game while inside the lifepod, base or Cyclops, not while swimming. Hopefully that issue will get fixed in the future. If you are playing in Creative mode, the Aurora does not explode.

Ahh OK. I already have the Mobile Vehicle bay crafted and deployed and it can craft the Cyclops, and I do have a handheld scanner so I will try using it to scan stuff from now on, including the Seamoth fragments.

Thanks for the tip on saving the game within the escape pod. Will do that from now on. But how do you open the Game Console and type things in it?

F3, then F8 to use the mouse, uncheck the box at the top of the F3 menu that says "Disable console". Close both menus and press the ENTER key to type at any time.

Ah OK. Thanks.
