The two Subnautica games are by far the best realised survival games I know of.
No other game in this genre manages to convey the idea of survival, discovery and exploration with such a beautifully designed environment, such great music and incredibly peaceful and relaxing, yet at the same time always exciting and nerve-wracking.
I always admire this great work and the fact that it is so completely non-violent (apart from the carnivores hunting their prey) and is always fun and entertaining, even without completely superfluous multiplayer functions.
I'm a diver myself and can therefore appreciate some of the events, and especially when you're out and about at night or in a dark cave, there's always that uncomfortable tingle down your neck, wondering what's lurking outside the beam of your torch or headlights. Marvellous! So perfectly realised!
And since it's Christmas, I hope that you, dear "Unknown Worlds Entertainment" team, stay true to yourselves and your idea for the future and that Subnautica 3 can once again be as great and entertaining a game as Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero!

Also nach dem mir Subnautica und Subnautica: Below Zero schon soviele Jahre immer wieder Freude bereiten, denke ich, es ist mal an der Zeit Danke zu sagen.
Ein ganz, ganz großes DANKE SCHÖN an das Team von
Unknown Worlds Entertainment.
Die beiden Subnautica-Spiele sind die bis jetzt mit weitem Abstand am besten umgesetzten Survival-Spiele, die ich kenne.
Kein anderes Spiel aus diesem Genre schafft es den Gedanken Überleben, Entdecken und Forschen mit einer so wunderschön gestalteten Umgebung, so toller Musik und unglaublich friedlich und entspannenden und doch gleichzeitig immer wieder aufregend und nervenzerfetzend zu transportieren.
Immer wieder bewundere ich diese tolle Arbeit und dass sie so völlig gewaltfrei (wenn man mal von der Jagd der Fleischfresser auf ihre Beute absieht) daherkommt und auch ohne völlig überflüssige Multiplayer-Funktionen immer wieder Spaß macht und zu unterhalten weiß.
Ich bin selbst Taucher und kann daher einige der Ereignisse durchaus einschätzen und gerade wenn man des Nachts oder in einer dunklen Höhle unterwegs ist, sitzt einem ständig das unangehmene Kribbeln im Nacken, was da wohl außerhalb des Lichtkegels der Taschenlampe oder der Scheinwerfer lauert. Herrlich! So perfekt umgesetzt!
Und da Weihnachten ist, wünsche ich mir für die Zukunft und ein hoffentlich bald erscheinendes Subnautica 3, dass ihr, liebes "Unknown Worlds Entertainment"-Team euch und eurer Idee treu bleibt und Subnautica 3 wieder so ein tolles udn unterhaltendes Spiel werden kann, wie schon eben Subnautica und Subnautica: Below Zero!
