How do i get to the Lava Lakes?

I want to get to the Sea Emperor

Follow the Lost River to its end and then go over the falls down into the lava zone.

After going past the Cove Tree and down the drop into the pitch black corridor leading into the Inactive Lava Zone, right as you enter the ILZ hug the right and you will come to a huge hole in the ground with a big magma bubble at bottom. In the walls of that area is a corridor leading into the Lava Lakes.
