grand reef wreck

so soon im preaty shure fragments are sppoused to spawn only by wrecks, but there is no wreck or sign of any wreck in the grand reef
so what is going on there
also how dose a wreck get into the deep grand

Fragments are all over, not just near wrecks - mostly, wrecks are there for us to scan artifacts (chair, bench, etc) that wouldn't make sense to be fragments (ie: Floodlights would break into itty-bitty bits, not into scannable pieces).

As for wrecks being in Deep Grand Reef, I haven't seen any there - but if so, I presume it fell/rolled down the slope of the reef and fell into a crevice into the deep part.

There is a wreck in the DGR at coordinates -284 -213 -786. It is not complete yet, but there nonetheless. There will be a modular wreck somewhere as well, though I haven't found it yet.

i ment in a future update they will not be randomly scatered and by wrecks
now they are randomly scatered

Yes, in the near future, fragments will be relocated to have placements around and inside the many wrecks scattered around the environment.

The one I listed is basically in the higher Grand Reef location, though it is on the edge of being in the deep section as well.

but considering there is so many fragments in the GR i think there will probly be another wreck

As noted above, there will be soon, if not already. It's a small modular wreck consider number #11 out of 26 wrecks total. That count includes full sized, modular and lifepods.
