Is there a blue tablet inside the Primary Containment Facility?

I hit up the Thermal Plant to get the blue tablet, and went straight from there to the PCF; my thought being to minimize by exposure to the Sea Dragons. The blue tablet from the ATP gets me in, but then there's another blue lock inside, and I cannot find another blue tablet.

I'm going to be irritated if I have to go back up through the Inactive Lava Zone to my Lost River base (where the nearest fabricator is), just to build another blue tablet and then come back down again.

There is only one blue tablet in the game. You have to make the other one yourself at a fabricator.
But you do not have to go all the way back up through the lava zone. Explore the PCF and maybe you will find a better way. If you can get an ion cube.

That's the reason you go there with a Cyclops, to craft what you need using the fabricator you built in it, and avoid some back and forth.

There's also a portal in the thermal plant that takes you back to the surface. You can activate it using the ion cube found on the lower floor. At worst, you can take that back up and go to the lifepod. I know it sounds annoying, but it's only a few minutes, and it can be done safely by swimming along the surface.

My suggestion is - if you came in the prawn suit and have a drill arm - to build a temp base. Nearly all the ingredients needed to craft a small base + thermal plant + fabricator + the key can be found in the lava zone :)

I'm pretty sure every resource is in the lost river so you can just build a 1 room base down there.
