Those are crafted at a modification station (need to find blueprints to build that). The recipes for the MK2/3 upgrades are unlocked when you find the blueprints for the vehicle upgrade console.

but i found the little databox thing for the vechile upgrade console and only got the mk1

The vehicle upgrade console is used to craft MK1. You need a modification station to upgrade the MK1 to MK2 and then later to MK3.

...But BECAUSE you have the Vehicle Upgrade Console, when you build a Modification Station it will have access to the Seamoth Depth Mk 2 and Depth Mk 3 module blueprints.

If you did not have the VUC already, and you built a Modification Station, then you would not see those options.

modification station is build in moonpool only iirc but u need bp for station also
