Unstuck button breaks passive abilities from kit.
I am under the conclusion that the stuck button breaks your passive items.

Examples are your armor and fins.

I have come to this conclusion as I just died instantly again in a situation I should of not died as I was wearing reinforced suit and had 98% health.

Also I discovered that it breaks your swim fins. They at like they are no longer equipped, even if you restart the game, or refit the same items.

More testing needed.

I've been insta-gibbed a couple times, too... although it was not anything to do with using the "stuck" button.

I can't say for certain that I was at or near full health, but I was fine... and then I was unalive. Never even saw what bit me, but given the area I was in I would hazard a guess that it was a biter or a stalker... if it was anything at all.

My suspicion is that there's a glitch that occurs when you regen your health back to full without using a medkit; some kind of value wraparound thing.

I've also encountered an incorporeal black cube after zapping an oculus with the thermoblade (in the jellyshroom caverns, obviously)... never did find the cooked fish, so I'm guessing those might be related.

TL;DR: the game's still got some bugs; it is what it is, until the devs decide it's not.

I've used the Unstuck button a few hundred times looking for glitches (and it does have some minor ones), but I never experienced equipment breaking.

I used unstuck button and it "feels" like the upgraded fins no longer work. But it might be my imagination.

Just verify the speed using F1.

I feel like I'd rather them have held off on this 2.0 update and iron the bugs out better than to release it as they did, when they did, and it still not fully address the issues it claims to, or all of the issues leaving more remaining, on top of the new issues that the update introduced.

This is what happens when you put a skeleton crew to fixing bugs in a 4 year old game that was never fully released in a complete state to begin with. It's like trying to get a child to clean their room properly, or wash the dishes right, or take the trash out without dragging the bag along the ground. Cutting corners and placing band aids on problems instead of solving them. Sweeping issues under the rug, and out right ignoring others.

My estatic enthusiasm for the 2.0 update sours every time I load the game back up, for as joyous as somethings like Running with tools, the new fixed Seaglide interface, and large room are, the other side of the coin introduces new grievances that I'm not sure make it worth.

I'm having to tell friends reluctantly that various issues that have kept them from buying or playing the game still exist.
