change the way the computer says 'captain' for the love of all that is all holy
it sounds like she is saying 'welcome aboard captain' as in 'welcome aboard THE captain'

rather it should sound like "Welcome aboard... Captain!"

I think we should be more concerned with her continued refusal to activate the stillsuit's odor control every time we load a save while wearing it.

I think all the voices are computer generated. And maybe the incorrectness is to accentuate that is is a computer? Not that I discount it irking you :-)

Gotta love the irony.

Stillsuit is pretty great imho, if you can spare the silver in the beginning.

Well the usefulness of the radiation suit, as well as it's helmet, drops to zero once the Auora is fixed. (Gloves at least, win the 'Only gloves in the game' contest)

Meanwhile, Stillsuit actually does something.

except that the water filtration system makes using the stillsuit completely pointless and actually go through your food supply faster

While true, even ignoring the fact you can't take a water filtration system with you on long trips...

That still leaves the fact that the Sillsuit does something after you fix the Aurora, while the Radiation suit does nothing after you Fix the Aurora.

I like my equipment to not be dead weight just for show. Though I will admit you look cooler wearing the rad suit.

You have to find water filtration first and keep it powered. I consider the Stillsuit a great very-early and late game asset: You simply do not have to lug water bottles around and plaster Solar Panels all over the place (I still consider power-generation to easy/cheap in Subnautica). Personal prefernce

"I like to waste my food supplies for no other reason than because I am too lazy to pick up a +50 hydration bottle from the water filter" ^ these dues

I love how the cyclops AI greets you with "Welcome aboard Captain. All systems offline." Wait, what?
Rubi Jul 6, 2016 @ 4:25am
Well, you just have to keep an eye on food-stuff when stockpiling. The game is not so hard anyway, so we are talking about personal preference rather than min-maxing.

Stop moaning and think a bit. You, the English speakers, are all the same. At least people of other countries make the effort to learn your damn language. What effort you make? How many languages do you speak? (I bet my neck you only speak english and I bet my neck as well as your english is worse than all those who made the effort). What do you expect? A native pronuntiation? You must be grateful for the 99% games in English. Even having more people speaking chinese or spanish in the world most of the games are not for them. Respect, dude, you are not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ center of the universe. And think a bit, if your single and loniless neuron let you do it.
-I needed to say it, those kind of "people" grind my gears-

Don't you need the Rad suit in you have a nuke reactor? And isn't the mats for it radioactive in the large deposits?
